• Feature: DEA (Drug Enforcement Agency) joins fights when net worth > $100k and heat ≥ 50
• Combat: DEA has 50% more HP and attack power than cops — three HP bars (Player/Cops/DEA)
• Combat: Player damage split 50/50 between cops and DEA; both must be defeated to win
• UI: Purple DEA HP bar, modal title shows "POLICE + DEA ENCOUNTER"
• Balance: First cop/DEA hit never exceeds 90% of player max HP, giving a chance to react
• Version bumped to v1.7.7, cache reup-v11, APK re-up-v1.7.7.apk
